Company dashboard

This article will give you an overview of the Nicereply Company dashboard.

The first thing you see is score dials for all 3 metrics: CSAT, CES, and NPS. The dials show the average rating value and the number of ratings for each metric for the selected period of time.

You can select different date ranges and compare them with past results. If you choose the "compare to" in the date filter (second filter option from the left) you'll also be able to see how did the average and the number of ratings change compared to the previous period.

As you can see there are two filters in the top left corner. The second is the time filter where you can select the time period you want to see the results for and also the second time period, if you want to compare your results - for example, compare two consecutive months like mentioned before.

The first filter offers you different sampling options for charts. You are able to decide which kind of chart you want to see – smoothed or original (raw). There's this option for each sampling period. For example, if you want to see 1-month sampling you're able to choose between 1-month sampling or 1-month sampling smoothed.

The second part of the Company dashboard is the Metric trend comparison which includes the charts you set the sampling for with the previous period for quick comparison.

By adjusting time filters in your analytics, you will immediately get insights that you can compare to customizable period. This will give you a bigger overview of your favorite metrics and identify deeper issues you may have.
The new dashboard puts all the metrics into one place so you can access them quickly and easily, resulting in a clean workspace. This will be the most noticeable change to how you use Nicereply, and once you try it, you’ll simply find it difficult to go back to the old way.
