Activating subscription

We use Braintree as our payment provider, therefore you can be 100% sure that everything is smooth and secure. A subscription can be activated in the "Payment" section by clicking on "pay now $79/month" in this case. 

If you want to choose an annual plan, just click on the option "ANNUALLY", and it will show you our annual pricing, and then you can proceed to an annual payment.

Invoice download

All Nicereply plans are billed monthly. An invoice is generated within 24 hours after a credit card is charged (due to invoice pairing). You can download your invoice in the "Payment" section of Nicereply. Notice that only users with admin permissions have access here.

Nicereply is an EU-based company, therefore all companies based outside the EU are charged without VAT. Companies within the EU need to fill company reg. number, Tax ID, and VAT ID in company/account settings in order to be billed without VAT.
