Adding new integration

If you want to integrate Nicereply with your help desk or another system first thing you need to do is check the list of integrations that Nicereply offers. 

Then go to your Nicereply account - New Survey. After you decide which satisfaction metric & distribution option you want to use you can choose the new integration. Choose a system to integrate and connect it with Nicereply - either by specified credentials or a simple OAuth.
