Importing agents (users) from integration

Importing agents from your integration into Nicereply is very simple. Go to your Nicereply account and click on Staff. 

Then click on IMPORT AGENTS button in the top left corner and choose an integration you want to import agents from. 

Nicereply will list all agents from the chosen integration. Every agent has one of two states: 

• This agent is already supporting your customers

• Ready to import

You can add agents that have state "ready to import". If you don't want to import all the agents you need to de-select those you don't want to import. If an agent is selected for import, he/she has blue mark next to her/his name. If an agent is de-selected there is an empty white box.

When you're ready, click continue and your agents will be imported.
