Troubleshoot problems with log in (Revoke and Grant Agent Access)
This article will explain how to grant and revoke access for an agent in your Nicereply account, if they didn't receive an email with the new password.
- only Admins can grant and revoke access
- even if you have an admin role, you can't grant and revoke access to the other admin
Revoke access
If you want to revoke access for an agent, navigate to your Nicereply account, click on Staff, and then Agents tab.
Then, locate the agent you want to grant access for and click EDIT.
Now, click REVOKE ACCESS.
Then once again click REVOKE ACCESS.
Grant access
If you want to grant access for an agent, navigate to your Nicereply account, click on Staff, and then Agents tab.
Then, locate the agent you want to grant access for and click EDIT.
Now, click GRANT ACCESS.
Then, choose the agent's role and once again click GRANT ACCESS.
Now, login credentials will be automatically sent to Agent's email address.
Now, the agent will no longer be able to login to Nicereply and will receive an automated email informing him/her about this change.
