Teams & Agents Analytics
You can analyze the performance of specific Teams or Agents in the Analytics tab. Simply log in to your Nicereply account, click on the Analytics tab, and then choose the Teams or the Agents section.
Agents Analytics
The Agents performance section allows you to analyze the performance of all your Nicereply agents. You can filter the performance by specific metrics - CSAT, CES, or NPS. You can also filter the results by specific agents, change the data date range, and export the results.
