How to remove and archive users/agents

  1. Removing a user/agent from Nicereply

Go to your Nicereply account and click on Staff > Agents. Now there will be a list of your users.

Then click the ACTIONS button next to the agent you want to remove, and select DELETE.

We delete the agent and all ratings associated with that agent.

  1. Archiving a user/agent in Nicereply

If you want to deactivate the agent but keep his ratings, select ARCHIVE. Archived agents can't collect ratings. If it happens, you will see an unknown agent (archived) next to the rating.
