How to set up notifications?

Setting up notifications for new ratings is very simple.

Go to your Nicereply account - Settings. Then click on Notifications. Here you can turn on the notifications

• for each metric 
• define rating values for which you want to be notified for
• choose whether to receive notifications for your feedback, team feedback or all feedback
• turn on an option to receive weekly or monthly exports

When you're done don't forget to save changes.  

You can manage all notifications in your Nicereply account > Account tab > Notifications. It's very simple to manage. Just mark checkboxes with the sentiment you want to receive.
