How to change language on rating survey?

You can rewrite the text on the rating survey to your local language. Go to your Nicereply account, click on Surveys, then Surveys list and go to "Appearance" settings of the survey you want to translate.

Now simply click Edit in the top right corner of the section you want to translate, and rewrite the text in the editor. When you're done don't forget to click Done and Save your changes.

NPS

If you want to change the language of your NPS survey navigate to Surveys, Surveys list and click on "Appearance" settings. NPS uses a standard question therefore there are predefined language options for you: English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Spanish (Argentina), Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese and Slovak.
