How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for Login

We recognize the importance of security and the need for our customers to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log into their Nicereply accounts.

To enable MFA, log into your Nicereply account and go to Account > Security settings. Then, turn on the Multi-Factor Authentication option.

Once you're able to do so, please follow the setup instructions. After scanning the code, you will receive an OTP code, which you must enter in the third step. After entering the OTP code, click Submit.

After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email that MFA has been activated for your account.

Deactivation

If you wish to deactivate MFA, navigate to Account > Security settings and turn it off. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the deactivation of MFA.
