Updating Nicereply Zendesk widget API key
The Nicereply widget app has been upgraded for better security. Your API key needs to be updated. Follow the instructions below to update the widget correctly.
1. Navigate to your Zendesk support admin.
2. Then, go to Apps & Integrations and click on the Zendesk Support apps tab.
3. Here, click on the change the settings option of the Nicereply app.
4. Now, you need to insert your Nicereply Private API key. To find your Nicereply Private API key navigate to your Nicereply account - click on the Account tab - then API.
5. Copy the Private API key and switch back to Zendesk.
6. Paste the Private API key and click Update.
