How to create a survey as an email template or a survey link
1. Click NEW SURVEY in the left-hand corner
3. Select IN-SIGNATURE Survey
4. Select EMAIL from the distribution options
5. To attribute ratings to a specific team member, import your team members or skip this step.
6. Scroll down and click Confirm Setup Completion.
7. Navigate back to SURVEYS in the main menu, and locate the new survey (SETTINGS and APPEARANCE). Now you can customize the survey look (APPEARANCE) before you embed the survey.
- To add the survey to your email template, click SETTINGS and APPEARANCE > EMAIL TEMPLATE and copy the HTML code snippet.
- To copy the survey link, click SETTINGS and APPEARANCE > EMAIL TEMPLATE. Then select the URL link from the drop-down menu.
